Just got a Versa, takes all day to get it to sync. Cant understand why it's such an issue. Very disappointed.....if it continues I will return it. Cant even change the clock face 😕😕😕

Let me help you figure out what is going on.
The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. That should help your Versa to sync once again.
In the meantime I'd like to ask what phone is it that you are using to sync your phone.

Hi, I've set and reset, uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times. I have a Galaxy S9 phone. The last time I could sync it was 5:30 last night. I've been trying for 45 minutes. It's very frustrating nothing works
