I have a Versa and my active minutes are not tracking on the device. The auto exercise detected a 42 minute sport and my heart rate was elevated for more than 40 minutes and it shows in the heart chart, yet the Versa is stuck at 10mins. I am assuming this is after the latest Android update (Google Pixel 2 xl ) . Please fix. I also had a day of 0 active minutes a few days ago, yet I had over 15k steps and some exercise. This has not happened in the past.

Welcome to the Forums @Crosserson.
Thanks for bringing this up and sharing your experience on the matter.
It is possible that during the 42 minutes the intensity of the activity was not constant and thus only 10 active minutes were counted. If there was a moment were movement stopped or the intensity of the movement was reduced then that could explain why this happened.
My question in this case would be to try performing some other activities to see if this continues to happen with all of them or it is only happening with some of them.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Android Q has new location settings for apps. Never, only when app is active, and always. Mine was set to only when app is active. I also noticed on my walks the Fitbit app would not track my location and not get proper distance of walk. I changed the location permission to always be on and that fixed all my issues. Please note this is a beta version of the latest Android operating system, but the Fitbit app seems to function fine.

Welcome to the Forums @shrinuvas. Hello @Crosserson.
@Crosserson Thanks for sharing those details on how you managed to get it to work correctly.
If you can, please post the specific steps that you have followed to get it to work. I'm sure that other users would find that very useful.
@shrinuvas It is possible that this is happening because the S10 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.
If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello @Crosserson and @shrinuvas.
@Crosserson Thanks for sharing the steps! Greatly appreciate it. @shrinuvas Thanks for your reply with those details.
@shrinuvas As you mentioned, this might be happening because the S10 is not currently part of the supported devices list. You could follow the steps listed in this help article, some users with phones that aren't on the list have mentioned that it has helped them.
Maybe you could also this suggestion about supporting the S10 and its variations. You can comment on it or vote for it to show your support. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
