Hi.

I had emailed them about this weeks ago. The very very tip top of my watch screen works, but nothing else works. I can't click on any of my apps, I can't use my exercise button, I cannot do anything with my versa 2 except tell the time.

I've restarted, on and off, deleted the app and restarted it. Everything. I'm so annoyed. I just got this a few months ago.

This is very fraustrating. There is no damage to to the screen etc. The device is less than 6 months old.

Same. I didn't use mine for a few weeks and now I pick it up and it's toast. It was SO slow, I factory reset and now its totally unresponsive. Ugh!

I am having the same problem.  Not responding.  Very upsetting.

My Versa 2 did this about 3 months ago. The screen went black, but the watch seemed to still function properly. It still received notifications, alarms worked (it was h*ll trying to turn them off). I could even restart the device. I just couldn't see anything. The screen would blink for half a second. No damage occurred to it, at all. Support couldn't help. They acted as if they hadn't heard of the issue before. Just so happened, I was right outside of my warranty period, for this device. This was my second Versa2; the first one started changing screens at a super fast speed, by itself. I recorded it and sent it to Fitbit. I've had about 3 Charge trackers. Those frequently had band issues. It's always something with Fitbit products. I came here today because I NEED a tracker and I've only used Fitbit. I decided to consider them again, so I started reading reviews to see if some of the same issues are occurring and yep, sure are. Sigh.
