Hi all . I just purchased versa and I couldn't connect to my phone I had to use my friends phone to set it up after I done I realised that I can't receive notifications no matter what I did and no matter what setting I change on my phone still won't work I loved the watch but I can only see calls and missed calls on my watch nothing else. I can't get on the watch notifications through the app it self every time I try it boot me out of the watch notifications to the main app page. I'm tired of trying everything . Should I take it back or U think there will be a hope to keep it . My phone operator is colour os 5.2 which is already knows as having problems to connect with some smart watches . I only known those info after I purchased the versa . Thanks Sam

If you set it up on someone else's phone, it would only see calls and texts to the other person's phone, and only if that person is nearby. And you wouldn't be able to see any of your stats on your phone. Changing settings on your phone would not make any difference if the tracker is not connected to your phone.
I must be missing something because I don't know how you could even be seeing calls on the watch, unless they are calls to your friend's phone and he is nearby.
Am I misunderstanding something?
