Versa won't connect to phone for notifications!

Image attached of the error that I keep on getting. Even when I do as the error asks, it still doesn't work. A restart doesn't work!A restart doesn't work!

In this case I'd like to ask what phone and what Fitbit is it that you are using? That should help us determine what is going on.

Could you be a bit more specific on what model is it that you are using? Is it a P20? Knowing the particular model will definitely help me determine what is the best way to move forward.
