So my versa will not sync to my samsung phone. I have the same problem just about every month or so. I try restarting bluetooth, and uninstalling app and reinstalling and nothing. Help?! From a very frustrated user.
Having the same issue with my LGV20 Android phone. Fitbit Versa is not syncing. Sync error repeatedly. Tried turning off Bluetooth and restarting. Uninstalling fitbit app and nothing is working.
