Anyone had.trouble getting any notifications or device to accurately track everything since the last android update? I can't get my versa to sync, provide any notifications or do anything I pay for it to do. I had checked status of notifications on phone and on versa, restarted the phone but neither has helped. Any extra words of wisdom?

@acop82 any chance of knowing what model of phone you might have?. 

Was this a Versa firmware update or a Fitbit app update? 

Any error messages being displayed?

HelloI have an android s8 plus. I just know the phone updated, not sure what updated with the Fitbit software.

So you are saying that you had a major update with the phone. 

Let's I install the Fitbit app and restart the phone. 

Now we can install a fresh copy of the Fitbit app. Log in and let us know how it goes. 

 

The app gets embedded into the phones OS updates to the phone can break this part of the Fitbit app.
