“View All Post” only shows 5 posts

Currently running Fitbit Version 3.13 app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+, Andriod version 10.

I can only view 5 posts max on my page even after selecting “View All Posts”. This is the same withon any community user's post, can only view 5 post max. Why?

 

My friends running the Fitbit app on an Apple platform can view ALL their posts. Why has this not been fixed for Andriod users as well?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the screenshots that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Yes, I have done all the steps mentioned and NO changes has been noted, so the problem STILL persists. Please advise.
