I have a Galaxy S6 with the Marshmallow update and the latest version of the app. I received my Charge HR last week and I have tried multiple times to record a run through the app but I never hear any voice cues. Firmware version is 122, if that matters. I have tried using both the Google voice and the Samsung voice TTS engines. Both of them are set to English UK.
I have seen in the forum that other people have a similar problem. Is this a known issue and when will it be fixed?

Hello @headamage welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would like to ask you if this has worked at all? Because I have seen some instances where they worked intermittently. On 06-28-2016 our team released a new update for the Fitbit App, so my advise would be getting the recent version and see how it goes. If the issue persist reach out to our support team for assistance.
