I don't want my Fitbit Inspire to wakeup when I raise my arm. How do I turn this feature off?

Press and hold the button on the Inspire to bring up the Quick Settings menu. On there you will see an option to turn "screen wake" on or off.

Thanks so much! Can’t seem to remember this, it turns on by itself occasionally, and I don’t recall how to turn it off!
