Fitbit one won't save my walks, although it saves steps taken and distances. I use the app with my phone, when I complete a walk I press and hold finish which allows me to see the map of my walk. However, when I leave the app then go back in to view my walk it has disappeared and hasn't been saved. The last 'saved' walk I can view is from February, I've done 3 separate walks today and none of them are saved. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the forums!
Seeing as this is app related I would go ask this in the iOS or Android forum. You will get a better answer there.
Check out the discussions boards! A lot going on and I'm sure you have some contributions as well!
Hope to see you around!

Hello @Windo, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. As @WendyB mentioned before, your topic is more related to the Android board. So I took the liberty to moved your post to the correct board.
My recommendation is to wait a few minutes until all your GPS information has been compile by the app and synced with your Fitbit account. If the issue persists make sure you are running the latest version of the app for Android devices, which is 2.47.
To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:
In addition please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings and then for the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and finish this workaround by restarting your phone.
When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted if you have additional questions.
