Best AnswerI would delete what was enetered manually on the dashboard and keep what was uploaded by the fitbit.

I think where the difference is, the dashboard calculation does not take into account the average heartrate acheived during your walk. Then when your fitbit sync'd or uploaded the walk it was with the heartrate information giving a more accurate reading.

Best AnswerNah, they're only numbers on a spreadsheet. Its the end results that realy matter. Your having lost 31 lbs so far are fantastic results. You keep doing whatever it is that you're doing and you will reach your goals.
