Hi

I need help as the Wallet Icon on my Phone app is missing. I tried to logout...reinstalled the app and reconfigured the ionic and the wallet icon still does not appear on the app.

I use a "Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus" and its running on a Android V7 on it. if it helps it also says Samsung Experience Version 8.1.

Please Advise on How to get the wallet Icon on the Mobile Fitbit app.

Regards

Kushal

@Icon-Wallet, what country are you in?  Is Fitbit Pay available there?

HI Larry

I found out the issue...there are two region settings...one on the fitbit website was showing the old region (I.e India)...and the one on the App was automatically selecting my current region Australia. Once I changed the region settings on the fitbit website....the Wallet icon automatically appeared.

Thanks for responding...Have Fun 🙂

Hi,

I did find the wallet, but I have a few other questions.

1. Is there a way to set the fitbit to stop recording at a certain
distance? If I want to run 6 miles, can I set it stop at that point or do I
have to manually push the watch to end the run?
2. My husband and I have both set up accounts for the same watch. How do we
set it up so that it logs activity separately for us?

Thanks

Allison

Hello @Ag1012.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for reaching back with those details.

Let me answer to both of your questions:

  1. It is not possible to have the Fitbit stop tracking at a specific distance like that. You have to manually stop the activity recording.
  2. You can only set up a Fitbit with one account. It is not possible to use the same watch on two accounts.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
