Water tile, automatically adds water when you go to see your day's log

Using

  • Fitbit Sense
  • Latest Android app
  • Phone: Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra

To replicate the problem:

  1. Go to your waterlog
  2. Find a day where you have not met your water goal
  3. Click on the day (so that you can see the log history)

Expected:

  • See the waterlog for the day you selected

Actual:

  • Adds a certain amount of water to the day

Is this consistent:?

No, happened only for certain days.

Try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in 

- Test this feature 

 

If after performing the troubleshooting recommended above, the water is adding automatically when seeing the day's log, attach a screenshot to your next reply.
