Hi.

I bought a fitbit blaze. Then i set watsapp as my main msg app but i don't receive any notification.
I had a chat with one of the customer care member. He asked me about my phone model and all. I said its one plus 3 then he said fitbit blaze is not compatible with one plus 3.
Is it so? One Plus 1 is compatible but one plus 3 is not compatible?

is there anything that can  be done??

Not much; the compatible device doesn't include many current model phones outside of the Samsung and Apple models.

The compatible device list is nonsense.  All Android devices should work.  Don't let Fitbit use this an an excuse why the notifications are not working.  The Android apps keeps getting worse with every update.
