Hola,
I'm on Fitbit Ionic and I plan to upgrade my FitBit. I'm inclined towards the FitBit powered by WearOS as suggested during the last Google I/O.
Any inputs, guesses, or facts about the timelines for the release of the premium FitBit watch powered by WearOS?
Thanks,

@demnos Welcome to the forums. @shubhamneo Nice to see you here again. I honestly do not have a clue as to when the WearOS will be implemented with Fitbit. I assume that only new devices will be powered by this WearOS. My guess would be fall next year. Let's see!
Regards.
Considering that Fitbit is not putting any effort to solve the big bugs affecting Sense/Versa 3 I think their attention is all towards the new wearOS watch and I would say not later than 2-3 months.
How often Fitbit mods said they don't have any information about something when instead it will be announced the day following?
So I should wait ? 🙂
Best AnswerYes. Also because Sense/Versa 3 have so many problems that they shouldn't taken in consideration.

@Guitarplayer Thanks for your feedback and for sharing information. Please note that us moderators do not receive information until is is an official release. @demnos Thanks four your advice.
@shubhamneo Thanks for your reply. I honestly do not think current devices will get the WearOS, given that they were designed for the current Fitbit OS. I do hope they will be considered for the new WearOS. Let us see how actually WearOS will be implemented with Fitbit. At the moment there is no official information on the help site regarding this. We'll see!
Have a nice day!

One more article https://www.engadget.com/google-pixel-watch-smartwatch-release-date-211045180.html
I'm 100% sure that current Fitbit devices can not run wear OS as they are very under powered.
And another one

Read somewhere that pixel watches will have just 1 day battery 😐
Best AnswerI'm sure about it

@Guitarplayer @shubhamneo @demnos Thanks for your reply.
@Guitarplayer I appreciate the information. I honestly did not know there was a Pixel watch on the way. @demnos I am also excited.
Let us see what the WearOS will bring us. I appreciate your patience. Have a nice day!
Daily seeing some new development about Pixel watch covering chipset or on-device assistant or features or watch faces etc, but no confirmation on launch dates! 😞
And nothing definite in the way of FitBit features. Will the Pixel Watch have FitBit built in or is there a FitBit watch featuring Wear OS on the way as well?
