Weather app not updating

Hi,

 

The weather app on my Versa 4 sometimes fails to refresh and update itself. This problem can be solved my force stopping the Fitbit app and then turning location permission for Fitbit app off then toggle it back on and sync the device fixes the weather app refresh issue for awhile. 

 

Hopefully this is a bug that could be fixed?

Thanks for your initiative to solve this on your own. What you are doing basically refreshes the connection. It seems that the connection between Android app and the weather app on your device is interrupted.  I recommend you take a look at the following article: How do I troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?. Here you find troubleshooting tips. Make sure that your Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background: . Else the app will be stopped and no longer communicate with your device.
