Hello @Searae

I think your saying you have a Versa 3 with the weather app installed on your tracker but sometimes the weather app functions properly and sometimes it doesn’t. If that’s the case I found this awesome article that provides you step by step troubleshooting instructions to help you get back up and running again. The article also helps to make sure you have the weather app settings in correctly. You can see the article here: https://www.myhealthyapple.com/is-your-fitbits-weather-app-not-syncing-or-working-steps-to-fix-it/

Let me know if this does indeed provide you with the best answer. 😃 Happy Stepping!

Hello again @Searae

It appears as if you have a new issue. We were able to solve the weather app issue so let’s see what we can do about your massage issue. First look here to see if your notification settings are correct: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm

Also you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the do not disturb or the sleep mode setting on your device. Do you have either of those turned on? if so disabled them and see if you can receive messages now.
😃 Let me know

My Android Auto maybe the problem. When I go to my Bluetooth settings I
see Versa3 and Versa3 controls. When I click on Versa3 it saids, app is
needed for this feature. The app is on the phone?! That has always
confused me.

HI @Searae - what that "app is needed" message means is you use the app to pair the Bluetooth, you can't do it manually, because the watch isn't pairing with the phone it is using Bluetooth to talk directly with the app.

Steps you could try to make sure your watch is syncing properly

  • Remove the Sense Bluetooth entry
  • logout of the Fitbit App
  • Login again
  • Go to the phone home screen without closing the Fitbit App
  • Click on the sync popup
  • Wait for it to pair and link
  • Pull down on the App face to sync
  • Hey presto!

To make sure it works well, turn off any other Bluetooth from nearby phones or watches.

Also swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure neither sleep or do not disturb are enabled as @SunsetRunner has mentioned.
