Notifications or calls not connecting

My notification and calls are not coming through on my versa 3, I keep getting the message notification service is not running and a phone restart is required. I restarted my phone and my versa 3 and nothing is helping

I have the samsung galaxy s9+

Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon

Hello @ShaniceW 

Hopefully I can help. Let’s try this:

Log out of the Fitbit app then go to the Apps in settings on your Android phone, now find and tap the Fitbit App in your list of apps, next tap clear data/storage for the Fitbit App. Now log back into your Fitbit App and see if that resolves your issue.
