I have had this issues about a month ago, maybe less. I am using a google

The details that were shared with me are appreciated, seems odd that you experienced this inconvenience for so long. If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
- Let me know if the issue persists.

I have tried all that you suggested above. Unfortunately, the weight values still don't sync from the watch to the app. Could it be an error with the watch?

Thanks for troubleshooting this with me. So we can move forward with this situation, can you please try the below troubleshooting steps and let me know if the issue gets resolved? Please try the following:
- Manually sync the device.
- Force quit the mobile app.
- Restart app on your Versa (close & re-open Today App) & wait at least a minute.
- Try again.
