I'm inputting weight in stones and pounds, but it's recording as 0.1lb less on the app. For example, 14st is 13st 13.9lb and 13st 4lb is 13st 3.9lb. My inspire Hr is showing correctly. I've tried reinstalling the app, deleting the data, re-entering all the weights, relinking the fitbit... Nothing works and it's EXTREMELY annoying. Please would someone help?

I'm sorry to hear that your weight input is not shown correctly on the Fitbit app. Thank you for trying different troubleshooting steps before contacting us.

 

Before forwarding this information to our team, could you please verify if you are experiencing the same problem from the online Dashboard? You can go to fitbit.com > Log > Weight.
