From the dashboard, click the white plus sign in blue circle. That gives you a quick entry for several fields, including wight.

Best AnswerYou can click on the Weight tile, then click on "Log Weight" and it lets you enter weight. Enter your weight as often as you like, up to once a day.

You are not replacing previous weight. Previous weights are still there in history and on weight graph.
