Hi

I bought a watch and for the life of me, i cant find whats it called so i can sinc this. Ive had a look on the forums etc and cant seem to find it. Could anyone help. Or know what app i need to download to sinc everything and get it working. The charge is done via removing the straps and plugging the watch face into a plug charger. And does anyone know how to upload a pic.

This page Help has pictures of all Fitbit devices.  Click "More products" below the pictures to see pictures of older devices.

But I'm not aware of any Fitbit devices that require removing the straps for charging.  I wonder if it is actually some other brand of tracker.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
