If it's asking for a PIN on your fitbit and you don't know what it is then you can reset it via the app on your phone. There are instructions for doing this in this help file:

@Karlhooyman where are you seeing this pin or passkey is it in the Fitbit app or on your tracker?
If in the tracker, may I ask which tracker do you have?
