What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app? 

 

Why does this help page not contain the current situation at all times?

 

No sub releases that are mentioned.

 

Users are advised to make sure they have the latest updates, how are they expected to know if they have the latest Fitbit App update if the information is not even published?

I agree 200%    Somewhere early March there was mention of Android Update at Google Play Store of version 3.39.1 and then next or same day 3.39.2
