Hey folks 🙂

 

Is there listed somewhere what the parameters are for the avatar and background? I'm specifically looking for dimensions, acceptable file formats, and whether an animated gif can be used for the avatar.

The file formats allowed to upload an avatar and background to your Fitbit account are: JPG, GIF, PNG Max size: 3MB.

Thanks for that, but you didn't answer all my questions.

 

Many sites and apps and programs have not only a file size max but a file dimension max.
