What time does the daily bpm graph start on the app? Does it begin at midnight and run to 11:59 p.m. of that same day? And is there anyway to tell at what specific time a particular point is located besides good estimation and guesswork?

@Smigz The App graph is in 5 minute increments on the Android and it starts at 12.00am and finishes at 11:55pm.
Behind that, for 24 hours is an average pulse recording every 7 seconds..
If you want to be more specific you use the Workout option.. I have used that to examine my HR while asleep . When you use that you get an average of a pulse recording every 2 seconds.
I just did a simple walking Workout and it had a pulse every 1.7 seconds..
You can analyse that with a 3rd part URL from Pulse Watch here

@Colinm39 Thank you so much for the detailed, helpful information you provided. It is just what I needed. I recently changed from a Flex 2 to the Charge 3 and am still learning my way around the screens and the capabilities.
