I’d like to reduce my RHR. I drink very infrequently & I don’t smoke. I do an average of about 8k steps a day but I’m interested in what trends people have picked up to obtain a lower resting heart rate? I wondered if a certain number of steps or active minutes helped or if anyone has experience with mediating bring down their heart rate? Or sleep patterns.
Best AnswerHello @toshii and welcome to the Community. Aerobic exercise. This Peloton Output (Blog) has a good explanation how exercise can help you lower your resting heart rate. No Peloton bike required. Regular meditation can also lower resting heart rate. Sites that give recommendations on how to lower resting heart rate always rank exercise over meditation.
