When will Fitbit support OnePlus devices?

I've been asking for a solution for over an year and still no support for OnePlus devices.

How can you turn a blind eye to OnePlus? One of the leading manufacturers in the Industry.

This is hilarious, I'd never buy a Fitbit device again. Such a Shame!!

@Prithvi.307 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Thank you for your inquiry. The team is constantly trying to add new phones to the list but regardless of your phone being on the list or not you that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Alvaro,

I have tried all the fixes possible post receiving inputs from support.

Post confirming that nothing worked, I was asked to check on the website for supported devices and when I asked my phone isn't listed, I was clearly told we can't help it of it isn't there.

I was told Fitbit is working to add support to more phones since over an year.

Just hopeless man!
