Like the message says, when the hell will Fitbit update their app/firmware to allow me to get back to using my fitbit???
It's been over a month since these issues were reported and still only crickets from the Fitbit folks.

There's not an estimated date on when this model will be compatible.

I had problems with my Pixel 3 xl and versa. I used my Pixel 1 to sync all data and then did a factory reset of the watch. This helped my issues. Hope this might help you.

Hi .I have a pixel 3xl and I am able to use Fitbit app with it. No problem syncing. This is my first Fitbit and it's a charge 3. Not happy that I get double the stats on steps. Ugh I think I am returning it. I sold my other device that worked for this.

Hi, pixel 3 Fitbit app is able to find versa and after entering 4 digit PIN, it is stuck with connecting.. screen for some time and goes back to the app with out completing it. I was able to connect to samsung s9 but not pixel 3.. do we know when will versa support s pixel 3

I was just on chat support because my versa isn't receiving texts from my pixel 3 and she said my device isn't supported . Now I see that you posted that it is .Please help! I reset my Bluetooth settings and versa and made sure notifications we're on .

I suggest to delete your Fitbit from your phone´s Bluetooth settings. Then, please set it up as a replacement device.

I've been trying to get my Versa to connect to my Pixel 3 alllll night. I'm super frustrated because it worked great on my S8.
I've tried removing the app, factory defaulting the versa itself, turning bluetooth on and off again, nothing works!
I'll get as far as connecting it to bluetooth with the PIN, then it says a firmware update is needed, I let that run and it gets stuck in the install, where the phone is saying that it's installing but the versa itself is not doing anything. If by some miracle it does open, it will sync once (maybe) and then go back to not being able to see it.
This is REALLY frustrating. So as of right now, my $230, 1 month old Fitbit is basically useless!

It's working for me after I deleted versa on old phone and did a factory reset on it. And also on versa and then tried to connect outside home WiFi with just Bluetooth turned on. Bam... It's connected.

What did they have you do to fix it? They kept telling me to factory reset the watch and try setting it up again. I tried with my Pixel 3 XL, iPhone 6+, and the Nexus 5X. I kept trying multiple times with each device, and it never worked, which was frustrating because it takes hours to do the update for the watch just to have it still not work. They suggested I get a replacement watch, now I'm trying to set up the new watch, and it looks like it's going to have the same issues.

I just bought my Charge 3 last week and I've had no issues at all with it synching on my Pixel 3 XL. I just updated the app to the latest version today. No issues with that either.

I have the Google Pixel 3XL and just got a Charger 3 Fitbit, the fitbit says it can not communicate with the phone? Anything I can do before returning the Fitbit?
