When will Galaxy J5 Prime/J5 be included on the list

the Fitbit alta hr is NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SMASUNG J5/J5 PRIME when will this be available, this is really disappointing as the main reason i got a Fitbit was for notifications but i'm very annoyed, please update the software, Garmin provides support for that phone but Fitbit dose not.

At this moment we do not have any details of when we can expect the J5 or J5 Prime to be added to the supported devices list.

As long as the phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users have mentioned that following these steps has helped them to get notifications on devices that aren't on the list.

none of those work, i might end up refunding my fitbit in a month is the software hasnt updated for j5
