When will more UK banks be added to Fitpay?

I'm really disappointed with the number of UK banks available to use on my versa2 wallet. Any idea when more will be added?

I'm not sure there will be any more while Google are in the process of buying Fitbit. I would imagine that if that sale goes through then they would probably swap to Google Pay. Would any bank want to put any effort into joining Fitbit Pay with the possibility that it will be wasted effort?

Sorry, no idea. It's just speculation at this stage. The press release for the takeover says "The transaction is expected to close in 2020" (from: https://investor.fitbit.com/press/press-releases/press-release-details/2019/Fitbit-to-Be-Acquired-by... ) and I'd be surprised if anything happened before that.
