Hello @FrankDiesel.

Thanks for sharing that information. That is very interesting.

I'm sure that other users will find it useful if they do manage to get it to sync with their LG phones.

When will sync LG 6 with your watches, specifically LG6 Thin Q? Very frustrated you are not expanding your connection.i My first Alta connected just fine. It quit keeping time and would not recharge. You sent me a replacement as it was only a few months old. Extremely disappointed. IMy phone is less than a year old, I can't replace it.

Hello @JG75.

Thanks for your feedback.

As I have mentioned, at the time we do not have any updates on when we can expect a specific phone to be added to the list. You could, if you want, support the idea to add those phones to our supported devices list. You can comment and vote for it to show that you'd like to see it. Be sure to also read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

So I need to get votes from people to get my phone supported? WTF is that sort of logic? How are devices from major brands like LG STILL not supported? The phone has been out for MONTHS.

Please get with your team to get this phone supported. What good is a $200 watch when most of its functionality doesn't work? This is a complete and utter business failure by Fitbit.

This is disappointing and totally inexcusable in 2018. Make the devices supported!

I'm returning my Versa. I am also alerting others in my area to not order due to inability to sync to LG G7, which is a growing popular phone. No wonder there was such a sale on this product this year around Christmas. I will never buy uninformed thinking Fitbit is the health device choice for me. Buyer Beware!

Hello @Slimtrucker801, welcome to the Forums.

At this moment we do not have any details of when we can expect that phone to be added to the list.

Be sure to try the steps that have been recommended in the previous page of this thread. They should definitely help in getting everything to work correctly.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I am SO disappointed... I've been a loyal fitbit user since the beginning and got a fitbit versa for a graduation gift in may. Got a Lg G7 Thinq last week and I have been DYING without my fitbit syncing to my phone. It seems like this has been an on going problem since August and I'm so bummed you guys haven't found a solution in months. I've done all the things listed on the forum and I'm still getting the "bluetooth connection" issue. I'm really, really disappointed. Smiley Sad

You could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

The only way I got it to work was by removing ALL other bluetooth devices
from the phone list. With bluetooth turned on, restart the phone, then
attempt the syncing process. Seems the fitbit doesn't like to share the
bluetooth on the G7. After it synced, I added the other devices back. I
still lost sync now and then and had to go through the process again.
Eventually I gave up and returned the fitbit garbage. Nobody needs a $200+
plastic watch.

The really sad part is that Samsung gearfit is compatible with ALL phone
brands, and that's saying a lot considering they could easily make it
exclusive to their own phone models.

What it comes down to is that Fitbit is not being led by the brightest
bulbs in the pack.

I didn't. I went to my phone provider and no one could sync it. I returned
it. It was worthless to keep.
