When will the basic functions be fixed ?

Hello,

Really what a disappointment with Fitbit!!! I can't believe it. In my life I have used several competing applications. There I decided to try Fitbit premiumm. And the result is very very bad 😠 :

• No mileage calculated for automatically recorded activities (cycling, walking, running).
• Impossible to modify an activity (name). And the application requires you to enter a distance covered when it itself is incapable of calculating it! It's just unbelievable.
  How can a service with such a reputation be so mediocre and not offer the minimum service?

I'm going to unsubscribe from Premium if they don't come up with a solution in the next few days.

Hi @2Flo9 as for mileage with auto detected, years ago fitbit didn't try to calculate. I just checked and do not see an entry for distance, it looks like distance still not a available with auto detection. 

The ability to change a name of an exercise only worked with auto detected and workout. And for a while wasn't working. As for having to add a distance. I never had to enter a distance. 

As for if things will change? As Fitbit users, can't say. But you may want to check product feedback.

Thanks for your reply. But it is really impossible to modify an automatic activity if you do not inform the distance (Screenshot above)

The section is mandatory (red star). And the problem is that Fitbit does not calculate any distance. it would therefore be up to the customer to calculate his distance in order to be able to modify the name of a  activity  !? 🤔😮‍💨

It's just incredible and enough to definitely disgust yourself with Fitbit...
