Do Fitbit read all posts looking for bugs or is there a special place to report bugs or suspected bugs?

@Guy_ since these are the Fitbit community forums, the moderators are around and see the increase in posts about a particular issue. The best way to report anything unusual would be right here, where you are, on these forums. Enough people posting similar issues does get their attention. When Fitbit wishes to alert the community of a known issue, they post it in the forum which best suits the device or operating system as well as a banner across the top of the page.

@Guy_ or you aware that this is a Community Forum setup for the Community of Fitbit users, a platform for Fitbit users to help their fellow Fitbit users with their problems.
While their are a few moderators, they are not decision makers for the company and they have nothing to do with development.
As for the developers, I very much doubt that they have the time or desire to search every post.
But why post a phone related question/comment in a tracker hardware support board?

@Rich_LaueGuess as you rightly point out the answer to the question "Where do people report bugs online?" for Tracker hardware/software issues, is not here in the Community?
So does anyone know where IS the place to do it?

Top right corner. You will find a link to contact support.

If you try and contact support by phone you'll always find that they are busy so there's no way to easily help them. It seems that unless you have a Twitter account then there is no way to contact support other than posting here which doesn't seem to do much - talking to other users can be very helpful if the problem is not a bug, just a configuration or user problem.
