Where is the "heart rate"?

For my daily walk, I wear an Insprie HR and carry my Samsung S7 Edge with Firbit app installed. I track my walk from my phone. Up until 7/28, the Fitbit app on my phone and the Fibit.com dashboard will show my pace, elevation, heart rate, calories burned. Under Heart rate, it shows the number of minutes for Peak, Cardio and Fat burn. On 7/29 and after, the Heart Rate section is gone.I have reset my Inspire HR (it was syncing to my phone before and after reset) but the Heart Rate still not displayed for the new exercise I did after reset of the Inspire HR. Anyway to get the Heart Rate section back?

Same issue. Heart rate tracks on heart rate page but does not sync with the exercise

Same issue here. I have even uninstalled the android app, rebooted the phone, and reinstalled it. I thought it was something I had done.
