I just got a new Versa 2, using Android and trying to get it set up.  First the weather app.....I searched and found info that instructed to go to Profile/Versa 2/Apps. I don't see Apps. I have Alexa, Gallery, Media, Wallet, How to Use and Accessories. There is an Apps button under Gallery but that seems to be to download other apps. Under Account/Versa 2/ App settings I have the location turned on.

Any suggestions?

If you mean how to access the apps you already have, from the main clock face on your Versa 2, scroll right (swipe left) takes you through the available apps.  Tap any to run it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes, I know to do that. But when I go to the weather app, it says "No location information. Go to the Fitbit mobile app to set up the weather." I can't find where on the mobile app on my phone to get to the weather app to set it up.
