Where to see the info showing on the Insights?

Today I received an insight that I was quite interested in and it had multiple added content to check out. While navigating, the screen went back to the app dashboard on my phone and I could not get the Insight back to go though it some more.

Is there a way to call it back (don't think so) or is there an archive of these that I can go through. I didn't see one but hoping there's some way to review them for those that like 'em 🙂

All the info and articles showed on the insights, can be found in the Fitbit Blog here, you'll have four different sections where you could search for an specific topic.

Coincidentally when I opened up my Fitbit app tonight there was an Insight sitting right there so before I clicked on anything I took your link off to the blogs and I did a search and I found the one that I thought it was referring to. When I followed the learn more link from the Insight it took me to exactly the same spot. So I was able to verify exactly what you were saying using a real example and it worked perfectly. So thank you again.
