Which Android brands are fully compatible with Fitbit?

Hey, I have a Huawei P20 Lite and it's getting annoying, how often I have to reboot it to make it sync with my Versa 3.

Since the phone is 2 years old (in perfect condition, but still 2 years old) and cheaper than the Versa 3, and I could give it to a relative, I am considering buying a new smartphone. Unfortunately, any list of fitbit-compatible devices that I found is ancient.

Is there a list of vendors that are fully supported, meaning that I can buy any recent phone from them and I can be confident that it will work without a glitch with fitbit?

E.g. what about:

  • Google (the different pixels)?
  • Fairphone?
  • Motorola (e.g. the G8 Power and G8 Power Lite)?
  • Lg?
  • Samsung (including the cheaper M series)?
  • Oppo?
  • Blackview (a rugged one would make sense for hiking)?
  • Dogee (a rugged one would make sense for hiking)?

We can point you to the official page @SunsetRunner. These are the phones that Fitbit has officially tested and made the Fitbit app work with.

However since many phones share some of the same hardware, the unofficial list, ones users find that work is longer. You may want to search the community with the phone model that you are interested in.

I'm using the same brand and model as before just that the other phone got
messed up and I tried to connect the watch to this new phone and didn't let
me so I master reset it but now it stays on the logo and won't do nothing
else.
