I am fed up with the fitbit being useless. Can't sync for over a month now. Plus my Charge 3 had issues with screen flashing, having the wrong time, and not showing a clock face even. Is there any fitbit that works and has not had problems like these?

@Strangerhere Hi there. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
I see where your disappointment is coming from. Take into consideration that the Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets. To set up and use your Fitbit products and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device running Android OS 8.0 or higher.
Also, make sure that you're following these tips to use the Fitbit app on your Android phone. In regards to the Charge 3 display issues you're experiencing, I was able to see that another Moderator is helping you with that. 😉
Hope this helps.

Galaxy note 9, should be fine.. I gave up trying. Without being able to use the buttons on the fitbit it seemed useless. I tried many times updating the fitbit app and changing settings but one of it worked. My phone can't even find the fitbit now due to the unpair it and re-pair idea. On a good day I could get to the settings screen on the fitbit before it started flashing. I think the recessed button may be one of the problems.
