Why is app saying i need bluetooth LE

app is saying i got to have bluetooth le and my tablet is saying its not suported i have a nextbook my fitbit is a charge ive never had any troubles till this tablet

Hi @RebelsRain143 and welcome to the forums. Bluetooth issues can prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing. I’m sorry to say the nextbook does not show up on the list of supported tablets.
