Greetings. I have PURPOSELY avoided updating this app because every consecutive update has lessened the functionality and diminished my user experience. And yet... somehow... my app must have updated without my consent because when I synced the device today (after a long break) I see that that the presentation of the sleep data has changed in a senseless manner since I last used it.
Can anyone please tell me how I can get an earlier version of this app on my phone?

Hmmm. It appears that the firmware update (that I was also avoiding) was done without my permission as well. How?

Hilariously, the Fitbit "community" forum has emailed me to ask if the reply from myself was useful. No, Fitbit, it was not useful. No one has helped me with the issue of how to roll back to the earlier, much more aesthetically pleasing and more useful version of the app. I assume the answer is that it is not possible. Based on how long ago this update was apparently pushed out, I assume that there are no plans to improve things, either. This seems strange to me in light of the significant number of complaints there have been and that there are OBJECTIVE reasons for the complaints. It looks like Fitbit either considers their users "captive" or else Google is trying to kill Fitbit off. What a shame.
I was asked to take a survey about the usefulness of the forum after I am finished today. I already know that the survey is written and set up in a manner that the results of it will not be at all useful, indicating that Fitbit is not at all interested in improving the customer experience. At least Fitbit is consistent in one regard.
