Why won't my fitbit link to my phone

Can someone please help.. my fitbit wouldn't sync with my phone so I deleted it an then tried to add it again.. but it won't an I don't no What else to do??

Hi! For the first time here and having major issues with my Fitbit since I started using Android (had an iPhone and all worked fine there, never had a single issue since August 2017 till March 2018.)

Since April using another phone. Pretty much weekly the connection just doesn't work (Bluetooth issue?) for example phonecalls that are not being displayed, messages that don't go through etc. 

But now, since a few days the watch won't sync. Since yesterday the app is not even able to find the Fitbit at all. Super annoying because I use the watch not just recreational but really track things for my sports (for as far as it's accurate of course) 

Tried solving it through the guidelines mentioned in this post: doesn't work 😞

I tried everything in the posts.. I left it a couple of days an then tried again.. it worked then.. as for the messages an phone calls make sure your phone isn't on silent or they don't come through..

Sounds exactly like my problem. I had spotty syncing issues like that:
missed texts, calls, etc. Perhaps it's an issue with the Droid app? Which
phone do you have?

Update: the Bluetooth of my brand new phone is broken somehow. Not any Bluetooth device wants to connect any longer. So probably not a Fitbit issue after all. Still super annoying though.
