Thanks for joining in! What is the model of your tablet? Have you checked if it is compatible?
I also recommend you following these steps, let me know how it goes!

Hi @SolangeE that was my mistake. I had bluetooth ON on both devices. I sussed it in the end but it took me ages and a husband to figure what was wrong.
It's a mistake I won't make again.

Hello, @LesleyJW! Thanks for joining in! I'm glad to hear that this was the inconvenience and that it was easy to resolve. Don't worry about it, this has happened to all of us at least once! ![]()
Hey, @SunsetRunner! This is the list of all compatible devices. You can just type in the name and it will show you the information. Also, you can try to forget the tracker from your bluetooth settings, reboot your mobile device try to sync again.
I hope this helps, let me know!

Hey, @SunsetRunner! Thanks for the updates. I would appreciate if you give me more specific information like:
What tracker do you have?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Have you tried to revoke access from your MFP account?
When did the problem start?
Please keep me posted!
