Hey, @LesleyJW! It is ncie to see you! Are you turning off the bluetooth of your phone while you sync with your tablet? You can take a look at this article which explains this a little further.

If you don't do this, it might interfere with the syncing process. Let me know how it goes! Cat Wink

I have found that my fitbit will only sync with one device at a time. I usually sync with my phone but if I switch the bluetooth on my tablet on and sync with that it stops the fitbit syncing with my phone.

Hi @SolangeE that was my mistake.  I had bluetooth ON on both devices.  I sussed it in the end but it took me ages and a husband to figure what was wrong.

It's a mistake I won't make again.

hi,

my tablet is an LG g-pad. i have no idea if it is supposed to be
compatible. I had assumed that if Android was supported then it would work
ok.

Hello, @LesleyJW! Thanks for joining in! I'm glad to hear that this was the inconvenience and that it was easy to resolve. Don't worry about it, this has happened to all of us at least once! Robot LOL

Hey, @SunsetRunner! This is the list of all compatible devices. You can just type in the name and it will show you the information. Also, you can try to forget the tracker from your bluetooth settings, reboot your mobile device try to sync again.

I hope this helps, let me know!

Hi, my device is listed and should be compatible but still won't sync.

I can't sync either phone or tablet with My fitness Pal also. I believe
this should also be possible. It's a pain having to put all the data in
twice.

Hey, @SunsetRunner! Thanks for the updates. I would appreciate if you give me more specific information like:

What tracker do you have?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Have you tried to revoke access from your MFP account?

When did the problem start?

Please keep me posted! :}
