Hello,

The Fitbit app on Android does not allow for entry of a 64 character Pre-Shared Key when setting up Ionic Music Transfer (while all of my other devices do: phones, xbox, TVs, tablets, etc.)  The app disables the OK button when I type in the 64th character.

 

The WiFi spec allows for a 8-63 character passphrase which is turned into the 64 character PSK.

OR

You can type in the 64 character PSK.

 

Please fix the app to allow entry of the 64 character PSK.

@youraverageuser Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Thank you for inquiry. Currently this isn't possible but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
