Will not sync

I have a Fitbit Flex and a Samsung Galaxy S6. It will say it is connected to my fitbit in the app, then says to tap until the device vibrates. My device is fully charged and DOES vibrate but then the app brings up a message that states it is not working pretty much as soon as my Fitbit vibrates. What am I doing wrong?? It says to make sure there are no other Fitbits on close to my phone- check. To make sure the device is fully charged and lights up while vibrating- check. What else?????

@JWoods1011 Thanks for joining the Fitbit Community! That is very strange! The set up should work properly. I recommend performing a couple restarts on your Fitbit Flex. This should fix this problems.

 

Then, try the set up process one more time and it should pair correctly.
