Mine stopped syncing today too. I am getting a message from my phone app that my Fitbit battery is low. I fully charged my battery but it isn't clearing the low battery message. I've even deleted and reinstalled the phone app and I am getting the same message. My computer cannot find the Tracker unit even when it is plugged in. The battery lights on my Fitbit is showing a full charge.

My phone is saying "your sync has been scheduled and will begin shortly".....it's been saying that for over an hour.
This may be a FitBit server issue

Hello everyone is great to have you all here! I'd appreciate if you first restart your trackers by following the steps provided at How do I restart my tracker?, after this please go to I can't sync my tracker and if that doesn't work I'd suggest you set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.

Bluetooth is on and it shows that I can connect to the HR but when I ask to
sync, get the message that "unable to community with Charger HR". This
tells me that something is wrong with the HR and is a bad unit. The last
time it synced was on January 14, 2016 as show on the Fitbit Dashboard.

husband go thru all the suggestions and steps trying to sync the unit to
Bluetooth unsuccessfully. The unit has never been wet or dropped so not
sure what might have gone wrong. AT this time I'm not sure I will be
getting another one.

I came across this same problem today and looked through all the forums and found the same thing over and over again with resetting it and uninstalling the app and so on, did this a few times and nothing but then I went into my battery settings and battery saver being on doesn't help it sync properly as it lacks performance so if you have any kind of battery saver on turn it off and hopefully it should work .. its worked for me so far and it's been about 2 hours with no problems now
