Will not sync

My charge hr will not sync. It has been 3 days now. It keeps telling to hit cancel the first time then restart bluetooth after that.  I have tried this many times but it still isnt working.  I have turned the device off and on still doesnt work...  any ideas?

I have the exact same problem and have done all the trouble shooting

I know its very irritating!   It actually worked for me today after i restarted my phone but that doesnt work often.

Tried that multiple times.

Thats ridiculous!  We have the fitbit and the app so they work together... pretty pointless to have one that doesn't work with the app!!!
