Won"t sync since 12/18/19 update

Will not sync with Samsung since update. Have reinstalled appt. Turn off/on. Reset blue tooth. Very upset this is not working.  My fit bit is 2 months old. Was very happy with it before update.

I have done the same and this is my fourth Ionic. Keep getting same problem over and over will not Sync.
